The Game of Life

"Every person needs to have an identity outside of being a mom, " says Carrie Lintz, a Seattle life coach who specializes in helping women find a balance in their lives between work, family and the myriad obligations that consume their busy lives.

Lintz understands this struggle first hand, as the mother of three with a Masters degree in couples and family therapy, she needed to rethink her own life goals after the birth of her twins. When she started working as a life coach, she truly found her passion and now works each day to help clients fulfill their dreams.

Trying to juggle a busy career with successful marriage? Dying to launch your own dream business? Feel like something is missing in your life but not sure exactly what it is? Lintz utilizes a client-focused approach to identify needs and set goals, then works with clients to figure out how to achieve those goals in many different life scenarios.

From your initial meeting, to regular emails and phone calls, Lintz will be there for you, offering encouragement and support. It won't be all fun and games, and you'll have homework assignments and deadlines to meet. But at the end of the day, you'll love the new you. Are you ready to get in the game?

PS —Make it a team effort. Sign-up up with a friend and each save 25% (session are individual). Be sure to mention Red Tricycle.
