Mommy's (or Daddy's) Little Helper Childcare at Santosha Yoga

Madison Valley is kid central; it follows that yoga studios there are getting savvy about entertaining wee ones while Mom (or Dad) poses and sweats. One incredible Madison Street yoga studio, Santosha Yoga (Santosha means 'contentment' in Sanskrit), not only holds

prenatal and mom & baby yoga classes, but also, most significantly, it offers a childcare service while some classes are in session so parents can have precious solo, meditative time. 'Om' to that.

Classes with a childcare option:
4:00 pm to 5:30 pm (mixed flow, multi level), Monday and Wednesday
9:45 am to 11 am (basic flow, level one), Tuesday and Thursday
The drop in rate for these classes is $14 per person; childcare will run you an extra $5 per child per class. Childcare meets at My Coffeehouse (2818 E Madison St.), which is just a hop, skip and jump from the yoga studio.
